About Fervent Forte

“Fervent Forte” means, roughly, having a passionate intensity for something at which one excels.  Fervent Forte Management was founded in Los Angeles in 2025 as a literary management endeavor by Hunter Ridgway after a three-decade+ career as a senior political manager, communications manager, and policy advisor on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.  Hunter is the writer of MARIA ISABELLA SILVALESSA, COUP OF ME, ELEANOR OF ELLENDALE OF EARTH, and I HATE THE SMART ART CLUB!, and in 2017 he founded Pen It by Hunter Ridgway.  Hunter grew up in Nashville and Mobile, Alabama; he graduated from the University of Virginia and is also a law review graduate of Southern Methodist University (SMU) School of Law.  Fervent Forte’s goal is to forward the vision of a select group of writers and artists by developing and championing their passionate intensity and superior perception about drama and the world it illuminates.
